In order the protection of families from the harm that can potentially be caused by lead-based paint, the EPA or Environmental Protection Agency requires that contractors become certified before performing such activities within the properties of their customers. Late Thursday afternoon around 4:30 pm, I heard wires snap in my garage and immediately called 2 companies and o no avail and being hung up on I took to google to look up reputable garage door repair companies. Was able to find a few and made one online appt through a big name for first available being Saturday morning. I continued combing through companies and reading reviews as they tell the better story and experience for those of us looking. I read through the reviews on this page and called to check availability for repairs. First available on Saturday and I decided to also schedule and cancel the other big name company. I am so glad I did as Jason came out at 7am to assess and within minutes explained what needed to be done. He let me know that he can fix it today but would need to be back out in afternoon due to other scheduled jobs. He got it repaired and proactively shared what I need to do with garage door maintenance and keep everything working. Previous companies installed things improperly and he corrected a lot of what was done incorrectly and educated me on what I needed to know. Jason was very knowledgeable and great at what he does and lucky to have selected Bluegrass garage repair for this unexpected repair. Definitely recommend and they go above and beyond and Jason came back out today to help correct another item with a bar on my garage door and how the motor was sitting and fixed at for me. Definitely saving this company for any future repairs (hopefully none anytime soon) and recommend to other friends and neighbors. Thank you for the A+++ service and going above and beyond!!

On Friday 10-11-24, Stewart came out to replace the springs on our garage door. It was an emergency because we couldn’t get the car out of the garage. He worked us into his schedule so we did not have to wait 3 more days until Monday. He was very professional and extremely polite. I highly recommend Stewart and his company.

I was impressed with how quick they got me scheduled, and Jason was nice especially explaining to me everything that needed installed. Plus, their price was the cheapest of all the companies I researched.
Bluegrass Garage Door promptly assessed the broken 10x8 garage door to match the adjacent older door and ordered an exact replacement. They also installed a new belt drive WIFI opener and added rubber rollers to the older door along with new rubber seal. The installers, Zaki and Brandon, were knowledgeable, efficient, and left the work area clean. Customer service by text or phone was excellent.

Zak provided great service replacing my old garage door opener. He explained how it works and problems that could occur. Was generous about inviting me to call if I have any problems. Highly recommend this company.
Zaki was at house across the street and we asked him if he could look at our garage door that quit working this morning. He was kind enough to come over and adjusted our sights and it worked. We were referred to Blue Grass Garage Door by a neighbor. We met with Zack several times to discuss changing out our traditional garage door and opener with a high lift track system and side mounted motor.
Zack contacted us the day prior to our installation to make sure we were still on schedule. The following morning he contacted us to let us know he was running a little late. The installation was great. He had everything he needed which allowed the installation to be flawless along with removing all the discarded items. Followed by demonstrating how the new system worked to myself and my wife! All I can say is a job well done!

I came across this company by chance, but feel very lucky I did. My old garage was experiencing issues. Not only were they quick to help me fix things, but when I needed an additional tweak to the initial repair, they scheduled me same day I called with a concern. Highly knowledgeable, very friendly, and take the time to explain things. Not only that, but one of the best priced around from the quotes I had found when I was looking for the initial repair. I was skeptical of a company that was so up front about pricing, especially because my door hasn't worked properly in years. I did have some additional cost above the advertised price, but I felt it was fair. Zak, out technician, was amazing. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got us up and running in about two hours. Another company told us we would need a full door replacement. Would have been easy for them to do the same. Lot of respect for people that shoot you straight. 10/10 recommend.

Bluegrass was great to deal with. Quick response, fast service and very resonable on price. Our garage door spring broke at 10:00 p.m., I called Bluegrass at 8:00 a.m. the next morning and they had someone here by 10:00 a.m.

I wrote a wonderful review on Bluegrass Garage Doors last year when they installed a new garage door at my home. I called them today because a bolt had come loose that prevented the door from working. They came out the same day and fixed it immediately at no charge even though I was a few weeks past my warranty. Great Customer Service!! Highly recommend !
They came in and replaced a broken spring on my garage door, gave me an upgrade, and did it in just under 90 minutes. Great service and price. The tech was very professional and knew his stuff. If I ever need any overhead door work again, I will call Bluegrass.
